Givenchy Sues BCBG for Knocking Off Their Handbags

Givenchy has filed a lawsuit against BCBG's diffusion line, BCBGeneration, for ripping off their Nightingale bag .

They're claiming that BCBGeneration's Rembrandt bag, which doesn't seem to be for sale anymore, "unlawfully copies and imitates" their own design.
