we were greeted as soon as we entered 52 degrees by the talented and amazing Chef Farah Al Fudalah.
She presented the soft opening menu which was quite impressive when we looked at it.
Chef Farah also informed us "Me & my Sister" that BAKED will be presenting (serving) Two New Salads -Two Appetizers - Two Main course and Dessert for us to review, and hopefully will introduce them into the Menu after 2 weeks.

Using a very unique wrap "Samboosa" Dough and drizzled with Spicy green sauce , very refreshing , Crunchy from outside and the shrimp was very Moist.
i don't mind to eat 10 pieces of wrapped shrimp.

2- Pizza
The concept is to make a very light pizza that would be served as an Appetizers, dough was made from scratch, thin crust and crispy , from a look at it it looks like Saj Dough.

Main Dish
1- Lasagne Roll
Al Dente ..Very reasonable amount of Sauce , Meaty, not too many layers of pasta for those people who worries about Carbs . the only thing is that needs more of White sauce.

2- Mushroom & Swiss Burger
Very Soft & Sweet Bun - with a very distinctive Arabian spices - Moisture coming mostly from mushroom.

Dessert
Red Velvet Melt
Crispy from edges , moist from inside , our mission is to scrap of the sides, the balance with the Vanilla ice cream was great.

The great thing about dishes served to us was the fact that every single dish was unique due to the different flavors from salads that extracted from Asia to Baked-Mashed Potato with sour cream from USA.
We recommend this place if you looking for a light and satisfying meal.
Later on BAKED will be more healthy conscious by adding calories aside to the dishes.
Thank you BAKED for such a great experience .. and Good Luck Farah :)
