Astronaut Ice Cream

This is the classic Neapolitan (strawberry, vanilla, and chocolate) freeze-dried ice cream treat. There is some disagreement as to whether or not the astronauts actually eat this stuff in outer space, but one thing is indisputable: it's delicious.
